Rooms are for free. Coffee could be sponsored by UdK or else in cafeteria. Lunch will be in cafeteria, self-paid.
Main room has 80 people, 5 break-out rooms.

- wireless for guest (not only Eduroam as we have non-academics),
- AV, and
- coffee etc for the breaks,
unless the meeting is co-located with an IBPSA conference (which may make rooms more expensive if hosted at a hotel). Then it is negotiable.
Christoph Nytsch-Geusen to give an estimate about any costs that need to be covered. In the past, some required registration fee for rooms and food, others covered it from their research funds. We also have moderate funds from the corporate sponsors that could be used if you can present a budget that shows what needs to be covered.
Christoph Nytsch-Geusen to organize a dinner place (and whether you need to collect costs upfront). We could do it on Tu or We, but Tu would be preferred in case some leave Wed night already.
