Add checksum verification for Ruby source in Dockerfile

As requested by @doridoridoriand in [PR #101](/~https://github.com/doridoridoriand/containers/pull/101) [comment](/~https://github.com/doridoridoriand/containers/pull/101#discussion_r1817698939), we should add checksum verification for the Ruby source tarball in the Dockerfile to improve security.
