Change: Increase GattlingTankGun ContinuousFireCoast from 1000 to 2000 ms #1199

This change increases GattlingTankGun ContinuousFireCoast from 1000 to 2000 ms. This matches the setup from Generals (CCG) and also the setting from the Zero Hour (ZH) GattlingTankGunAir.

Rationale

In Zero Hour it is difficult to use Pre Spin effectively before engaging enemy units, because the Spin Up time only last 1 second. With this change, Gattling Tank gun can be microed more generously to squeeze out the most damage potential.

ContinuousFireOne should probably be the same for both vsground and vsair weapon.

Yes, but it will make Gattling Tank marginally weaker then.

That might be one step forward and two steps back. Unless you're suggesting air is lowered?

Air gets lowered yes, but i think gat already shreds air units, so maybe it would be too good

2000 ms spin up feels quite long to me, whereas 1000 ms feels too short. I suggest to review this change carefully.

Opsnyder:

Have you guys already discussed the spinning of gattling cannons in this topic? I Just had the realization that in ZH it is a very disappointing feature that barely plays a role but perhaps it could be adjusted to have a higher max speed/damage while also taking a bit longer to get there and then also maintaining some spin for a short time. That could give gats some much needed extra firepower vs quads and vees and make those fights more dynamic IMO. It's also fun to use.
