Pre-release suitable for banging on by all and sundry. We hope.

We're still in pre-release land, but this should be good enough to let others bang on and see what needs fixing still (besides Issue #20).

There is no longer any need to explicitly add a Repository via CryptIdent.config#repository=) before using the module. Default configuration should Just Work in most cases (and please open issue reports if you find otherwise).

Expect a formal 1.0 release in mid- to late March. 🎉

Accept quasi-Hash-like Session data as param for #update_session_expiry

Closing Issue #28.

Remove `hanami-controllers` Gem as dependency

Early tests had used it for session data, which we no longer directly access in this Gem.

Anyone else coming across this is cordially invited to kick the tires as hard as you like and report any code that breaks. (Toes are disclaimed.)
