  • Let hosted background services handle webhook alarms queue instead of clogging http response times.
  • Refine and expand reverse geocoding for Google Maps and OpenStreetMaps Nominatim.
  • Adds backlog queue for rate limited webhook alarms.

Needs testing and performance benchmarks
