Description of changes

This PR:

  1. Adds sector splits for Magadan(UHMM) FIR.
  2. Adds revised airports within Magadan(UHMM) FIR;
  3. Fixes issue with boundary between ULLL and UHMM FIRs.

Additional information

Following sectors added:

  • South (UHMM_S_CTR);
  • North (UHMM_N_CTR);
  • North-1 (UHMM_N1_CTR);
  • North-2 (UHMM_N2_CTR);
  • Kamchatka-1 (UHMM_K1_CTR);
  • Kamchatka-2 (UHMM_K2_CTR);
  • Oceanic (UHMM_O_CTR);

Reason and motivation

This contribution motivated by one of my previous PR (while I've combined UHPP and UHMM to one unit due to airspace structure changes) where I did a mistake on boundary with ULLL. This PR fixes it and adds sector splits to be displayed while our ATC online on separate ACC sectors,so pilots experience will greatly improve when they know which frequency to select when coming from uncontrolled FIR or when standing on ground without local ATC.
