process.env.NAMESPACE: The environment where the test is running.process.env.testedEnv: The folder from the manifest repo which is utilized to mutate the jenkins envif jenkins-niaid mutates into these qa-niaid or NCT prod (gitops-qa or cdis-manifest PR), we do NOT want to click the download button
