First stab at addressing #23.
Note that I have removed the PSA-SM reference here because, as of version Alpha 3, there is only one sentence in that document that describe the implementation ID. There was more detail in Alpha 2 but this was removed. Since it's even more vague and unhelpful, I've dropped the reference.
