aarch64 port of illumos support run-time detection of FEAT_LSE and FEAT_LSE2 using getisax.
Note that aarch64 port is not yet available in main illumos/illumos-gate tree. It is available in richlowe/illumos-gate.
We need to decide how to handle this potential unstability.
(For example, mark it as experimental and disable run-time detection on this platform by default.)For now, disabled run-time detection on this platform by default as aarch64 port is experimental.
