The content is actually about the Lite Profile, and not specifically about serialization. The Lite Profile description, set of fields, conditions for conformance are already covered in details in an annex inside the updated v3.0.1-draft spec (in spdx/spdx-spec repo). The Lite Profile description, set of fields, conditions for conformance are already covered in details in an annex inside the updated v3.0.1-draft spec (in spdx/spdx-spec repo at docs/annexes/spdx-lite.md).
In case there's a serialization content specifically for Lite Profile, it can be added to serialization/lite.md (and close this PR).
