rust-crypto 經已有一段時間無任何維護，並且缺少公開審查。
這個 PR 使用 ring 同 sodiumoxide 以及 md-5 代替 rust-crypto，以期獲得更好的性能與安全性。
同時我添加了一些額外的算法支持，如
ChaCha20Poly1305、XSalsa20、Aes128Ctr。並且移除了不支持的
Aes192Gcm。另外在有些情況下，可能會不想要依賴 libsodium，因此我將 sodiumoxide 設爲可選。
