this form might work as a drop-in replacement for the existing `FileSetEditForm`, even for `ActiveFedora` resources.
this private method has a comment suggesting that downstream apps should override it, so it's clearly intended as public api.

this is the beginning of a drop-in replacement for the existing
FileSetEditFormsupporting valkyrie. it's possible that this form could be adapted to work forActiveFedoraobjects as well.@samvera/hyrax-code-reviewers
