When I use npm run start or npm run build on Docusaurus, I get the following warning on the terminal:

Deprecation Warning: The legacy JS API is deprecated and will be removed in Dart Sass 2.0.0.

It would be nice if we could use the modern or modern-compiler. :)

fix: convert all SCSS to CSS

The Docusaurus plugin we used, `docusaurus-plugin-sass`, has not
been updated and is nearing deprecation. The site cannot be built
due to the deprecation warnings. Therefore, we removed the SCSS
dependency.
