S6A: Flag bit 0 not set correctly #192

According to the attribute of "flags", bit 0 needs to indicate whether the data is from Side A (0) or Side B (1).
Instead it is set according to LR (0) or HR (1).

I also noticed that the attributes for "flags_mle3" and "flags_nr" (so this is for LR only), are incorrect.

This needs to be patched with "rads_fix_s6 --flag-bit0"
