This PR contains several changes made in order to migrate the CD pipeline for this project from Azure DevOps towards GitHub Action.

List of Changes

  • Updated action YAML file
  • Added resources to GitHub runner

Motivation and Context

These changes are required in order to migrate from AZDO to GHA pipelines
