What does this implement/fix? Explain your changes.

I mainly changed 3 parts.

  1. I changed the Python version in the Docker environment to 3.12 to match execution environment.
  2. Files added to Docker environment did not include all dependencies, so I added related files.
  3. Memory is running out while building by npm run build:prd.I dealt with it by expanding the capacity.
