Fixed SharePoint connector polling #3834

Description

graphql api doesnt support filtering by last modified time
We now pull all files and then only pull the content+convert to document if it is within the polling time

Note: You have to check that the action passes, otherwise resolve the conflicts manually and tag the patches.

This PR should be backported (make sure to check that the backport attempt succeeds)
