opam var os-version does not work everywhere (debian sid without lsp_release, archlinux, …). I also removed the ocaml-secondary-compiler & findutils install because they are part of the base ocaml/opam images now.

I haven't tested my code (so this is a draft for now) but in theory this should work fine.
