Update packages table in README

Description

This PR updates the packages table in the README in the following ways:

• Removes Iron from the list
• Rearranges the distros to be in order: Rolling | Jazzy | Humble
• Adds some newer packages that were missing from the table
• Fixes a typo in the Rolling entry for moveit_runtime, causing it to wrongly show up as "not run"
