Remove deprecated container-linux support in gce kube-up.sh.

The bazel build is legitimately failing since it's looking for files in this directory. It looks like you'll need to update /~https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/master/cluster/gce/BUILD to remove references.
