"Figure" caption line on a new page

The figure is nicely placed on the page, but the caption's Figure line is printed (solely) on a new page.

     The gaining and losing dns-operators should talk directly to each                                                 
     other (the ~ arrow) to exchange the DNSKEY, but often there is no                                                 
   trusted path between the two.  As both can securely interact with the                                               
     registry through the registrar it can act as a relay for the key

Fixed in de0c541:

Modified the page-breaking code to better keep section titles together with the section text, and keep figure preamble, figure, postamble and caption together. Updated tests. Fixes issue #100.
