Description
This PR adds the
cpu-profileinteractive command which:runtime/pprofCPU profile as a base64-encoded string30sduration if no duration provided. Override-able eg:cpu-profile=10scpu-profile=15s,gzipcpu-profile=30s,blockscript/cibuildreturns with no formatting errors, build errors or unit test errors.
