[v5] Preview button visible with preview: false

Description

Even if I set disable preview in the page blueprint, the preview button is visible in the page's dropdown (e.g. in a pages section). While the view button on the page is hidden, this dropdown button is still visible and clickable — leading to an error being thrown: "The preview is not available".

Expected behavior
The preview button should be hidden.
