Add reminder to promote new OctoPrint plugin for OctoPod

There is a new OctoPrint plugin for OctoPod that sends notifications when print is done (including a camera snapshot), when bed cooled down to desired temperature so you can remove print from bed and when bed has been warm at desired temperature for the specified period (so there is no more expansion of the material).

This ticket is for adding a new reminder that appears once so that people are aware of this new plugin.
