Add information bar

Add a "information bar" at the bottom of the TUI to show dynamically configurable settings such as whether to display
autonomous system (AS) information, whether to show hop details and so forth.

Once added, remove the corresponding information from the left hand side of the header and reduce the header size by one line to make it more compact.

This improves the overall look-and-feel, especially for non-en locales.

The TUI vertical height is net neural after this change.

Adds two new color theme items:

info-bar-bg-color = "white"
info-bar-text-color = "black"
