lz4 v1.10.0 has been released with a multitude of changes.
Most of them aren't (at this point) relevant to us, so this
commit merely makes us use the latest release.
In the future, we might take advantage of the dictionary-aided
compression. However, it requires research and experimentation,
maybe in the .NET10 timeframe.
