Please double check the file paths carefully since I had to piece info together and also don't have a way to verify these are the actual files used in the webapp.
Are there files for minimap2 that we need to mention?
I removed Other host genomes can be found at s3://czid-public-references/host_filter/ b/c there is no way for users to list files in the folder and see what are there.
