Customizable Component and Incident statuses #24

At the moment the human statuses are hard set, but it may be better if they were customizable. The reason for this is that the Status Page may want to be setup to be more friendlier for internal use perhaps, so things like "Partial Outage" don't make sense.

This would need some thought because obviously the UI would be built around the options, we'd run out of icons and colors too.

If we decide not to do this, then the statuses would need setting up as a language file.

I'm currently working on replacing the Component@getColorAttribute with dynamic class names badge-incident-3 for example, rather than dirtying up the model.

I've cleaned up the models by using a special class name like text-component-1 to change the color when applicable.

And I've moved the human status attribute into a lang file.

I'm closing this. It's not something we need yet and until there is a request it seems silly.
