As the title says, I added the i18n JSON file for Spanish, es.json
I'm a native Spanish speaker. However, I did use ChatGPT Plus to do the bulk of the work and reviewed the changes afterwards.
There are still some sentences in English that aren't quite correct, but I chose to ignore them on this first PR and maintained a more direct translation with some minor adjustments.
I also added the Spanish README file and fixed some misspellings on all README files.
