Description
cede.store is a non-custodial browser extension to give dApps access to CeFi liquidity and data. This wallet stores API keys in the browser and allows users to access and manage their CEX accounts in 1 click.
As we start reaching our potential partners and users, we need the ability to leverage awesome wallet connection libraries like web3-onboard to show cede.store and create branch awareness.
This PR sections out cede.store as a package that can be installed to allow cede.store to always show as a wallet option. If the wallet is not installed and a user clicks the cede.store button, it will redirect him to the installation page.

It supports standard connect and disconnect, but instead of chains and accounts, it has vaults and accounts (on centralized exchanges). Each account, or several, is stored in a vault.
