The rtsp stream of camera is fine but when I try to live preview the camera it shows weired atrifacts on it

This artifacting is specific to the jsmpeg player and is caused by incorrect dimensions set in your detect width or height that don’t match your camera.

My guess is that your resolution is 640x480 or 640x360, not 640x220.

Setting up go2rtc will also improve your live views, though you may still see this artifacting if frigate ever falls back to jsmpeg.

Opps my bad I had kept it as 420 instead of 480
Weird didn't have this in 0.13 because I don't remember touching those values since 0.12
But yeah setting it to 480 did it for me

Changes to the jsmpeg player in one of the 0.14 betas is why you never saw this before now.

You’ll want to readjust your motion mask for that camera now too, by the way.
