Dots appear on wrong page when section title in TOC wraps across pages #1533

When the section title in the TOC wraps across a page boundary, the dots that lead up to the page number appear on the wrong page. They appear on the page where the title started rather than on the page where the page number is located.

This happens because the logic does not consider the fact that the section title can be split across pages.
