I had a Carthage build failure just now after I had pushed the release tag.
As it happens it was easily fixed using
make update, however if that had been some other kind of build failure resulting from an issue in the source then that tag would have needed moving which is never ideal.So, anyway, I'm keen to ensure we run as many pre-flight checks prior to pushing release tags up.
