This adds keys necessary for openidm-jdbc-repo refactor which introduces integration tests with supported database engines, hence the Testcontainers and various JDBC driver dependencies.
Unfortunately testcontainers-java depends on discontinued project duct-tape that is being signed by BinTray key. That is why I added this in the "non-official" section.
