Manual XP adjustment reason

When manually changing XP, the XP log uses the reason "manual grant", it would be nice to provide a custom reason.

Add a manual adjustment button to character sheets that provides a field for adjustment reason

I may add to this. If you make a mistake or someone accidently purchases anything by mistake, you can't go back. Possible a way to refund or do a mass edit of xp spends to "reset" or something.

Also, the purchase cost of attributes is incorrect. It is starting at 10xp cost for the first attribute increase, as if you have a 0, not 10x next rank. Example: character has brawn 2 and wants to buy brawn three. It will cost 10xp and raise to Brawn 3. This is not accurate so we need to make manual adjustments. This has caused some manual issues as well.

I suppose the above ask would serve just as good.
