Question regarding Licencing & permission to port?

Hey there! I've put some efforts into porting this TFC (Classic) addon over to being a TFC (Plus) addon, & wanted to ask you about the licencing of this addon.
As far as I can tell there is no provided licence, & thus the mod is ARR by default? Would like some clarification on that.

In-turn, should you licence the mod in such a way that allows me to redistribute this port... Do you have a CurseForge account (or even Modrinth) that I could add to the mods project page as former author?
