After creating an action allow user to go to that action definition

At the moment, when I create an action from the toolbar it just disappears into a long list of actions.

Describe the solution you'd like

I want to be able to open the /trends page with the action pre-selected after I've created an action.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually going to posthog/trends and finding the right action
