Update the examples to use the new api. We are removing the `create2` example as this will be dealt with by an execution strategy in the future. We are removing the `multisig` example as it was not based on a realistic use case. Resolves #325

This is a WIP PR that introduces a new function to the config environment. It works very similarly to
extendEnvironment, but it's used to extend/resolve the config.The function is called
extendConfigfor now. I'm not sold on that name.
