JR.deb doesn't install on my Linux

Linux Mint Debian 6.1.119-1 (2024-11-22) x86_64 GNU/Linux

Checked with the latest development build (copy version output from About dialog)

• I made a backup of my libraries before testing the latest development version.
• I have tested the latest development version and the problem persists

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

I've just tried to install the latest JR dev build on my Linux Mint Debian via apt and I get:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
jabref : Depends: libasound2t64 but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Same procedure has worked until just before Christmas.

It seems github updated to 24.04 ubuntu, I will downgrade to 22.04

@Siedlerchr Thanks a lot spotting and fixing that issue. I'll try the next build on the weekend.

@Siedlerchr I've just tried to install the current main build and am still getting the dependency issue.

dpkg -s for my installed JR says:

Package: jabref
Status: install ok installed
...
Architecture: amd64
Version: 6.0.15001
Provides: jabref
Depends: libasound2, libbsd0, libc6, libmd0, libx11-6, libxau6, libxcb1, libxdmcp6, libxext6, libxi6, libxrender1, libxtst6, xdg-utils

For the downloaded .deb, dpkg-deb --info says:

Package: jabref
Version: 6.0.15019
...
Depends: libasound2t64, libbsd0, libc6, libmd0, libx11-6, libxau6, libxcb1, libxdmcp6, libxext6, libxi6, libxrender1, libxtst6, xdg-utils
Installed-Size: 353065

My Linux Mint uses https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/libasound2
Ubuntu 22.10 provides https://packages.ubuntu.com/jammy/libasound2
while 24.10 uses the version from Debian sid https://packages.debian.org/sid/main/libasound2t64

Interestingly, the change of the .yml file didn't seem to have an impact on again using libasound2.

Could you please have another check?
