I try to do the same as Paul did to setup pypi push. Now it would be github action.
Pypi/conda installation of EukCC needs some dependencies (like metaeuk, etc). I updated README.
Currently, Dockerfile that mentioned in that repo has everything installed. But it doesn't have nextflow packages like
ps,... So that docker works in env installation, but not in nextflow pipeline.The alternative for nextflow would be to create a wave container using conda with eukcc+required tools (they all are in conda). Or create new one for v2.1.3 here /~https://github.com/EBI-Metagenomics/containers/blob/master/eukcc/
