$ docker run --cap-drop=all --name scap-security-guide oscap:latest
make: *** No rule to make target `all'.  Stop.

Hi, Thank you very much for filing the issue. We have recently migrated our build system to Cmake. However we have forgotten to update the Dockerfile.

Docker build stopped working after migrating to cmake.
This commit fixes the Dockerfile and also build instructions.
