If any of the kapow servers (control, data or user) exit unexpectedly, the process will end in an unstable state.

We need to change this to abort the process if ANY of the servers exit.

Exit the kapow server process when any of the http servers exit. Closes

All servers are started inside a call to log.Fatal() so os.exit(1) is called when the server ends
