Add Ænix to the Adopters list (#7459)

Hi, we utilize Kubeapps in combination with FluxCD as the dashboard for
our free PaaS platform [Cozystack](https://cozystack.io/) to run virtual
machines, Databases and Kubernetes-as-a-Service.

We'd like to share this information :)
