This PR implements the beginnings of extending our typesytem (type alias's, not new serial/encodings relevant to storage).
Trying to diverge from my normal PR's of 1k+ lines here, so I'm making this as minimal as possible.
I figured we didn't want to add any new/different opcodes for these types, so internally they are functions:
