Usable library

This release does not add new functions or fix any errors. It provides some clean up to the code and documentation and updates the init.py file to make it simpler to import and use.

First minimal release

This release provides the first minimal working code. It will create a combined schedule of payments due for regular child support, medical insurance reimbursement, and dental insurance reimbursement.
