the source-me.sh created by install.sh produces:

CLASSPATH=$CLASSPATH:$CSV2RDF4LOD_HOME/bin/dup/csv2rdf4lod.jar
CLASSPATH=$CLASSPATH:$CSV2RDF4LOD_HOME/bin/dup/openrdf-sesame-2.3.1-onejar.jar
CLASSPATH=$CLASSPATH:$CSV2RDF4LOD_HOME/bin/dup/slf4j-api-1.5.6.jar
CLASSPATH=$CLASSPATH:$CSV2RDF4LOD_HOME/bin/dup/slf4j-nop-1.5.6.jar
CLASSPATH=$CLASSPATH:$CSV2RDF4LOD_HOME/bin/dup/pml.jar
CLASSPATH=$CLASSPATH:$CSV2RDF4LOD_HOME/bin/lib/javacsv2.0/javacsv.jar

Which cygwin doesn't like because of delimiters and quoting. The following should work:

CLASSPATH="$CLASSPATH;$CSV2RDF4LOD_HOME/bin/dup/csv2rdf4lod.jar"
CLASSPATH="$CLASSPATH;$CSV2RDF4LOD_HOME/bin/dup/openrdf-sesame-2.3.1-onejar.jar"
CLASSPATH="$CLASSPATH;$CSV2RDF4LOD_HOME/bin/dup/slf4j-api-1.5.6.jar"
CLASSPATH="$CLASSPATH;$CSV2RDF4LOD_HOME/bin/dup/slf4j-nop-1.5.6.jar"
CLASSPATH="$CLASSPATH;$CSV2RDF4LOD_HOME/bin/lib/javacsv2.0/javacsv.jar"

Does anyone have recommendations for detecting cygwin other than googling it?
