What's left?

E2E testing: no GitHub workflow, no base empty images
Alpine is broken for some reason
Docs are still static, we need to test them
GitHub releases
Some more docs on installation, possibly there are other BinTray mentions

Testing that I have done:

I've used our new script to upload apk, deb, and rpm releases. It went fine
I've manually tested the installation instructions from the docs on latest: Fedora, Ubuntu, Debian, Alpine. Only Alpine failed, others are fine
