• Changed the one time initial sync of data to faster show the channel screen. (Only when a reconnect is requested from the menu or a certain time since the last sync has passed, new epg data is fetched in the background.)
• Use the hostname for regular playback and the IP address only for casting
• Added separate option to use the internal player only for either channels or recordings
• Replaced billing library to prevent the app from sometimes not unlocking
• Added more choices how to sort the channels
