Support recent Discord updates

Until today, providing a bogus redirect_uri was required; today, it is not allowed.

Initialize discord connection even if you don't have a streamdeck

I don't have a streamdeck for my mac :'(

Possible better fix for CPU usage while discord is open

- keep using async pipe
- sleep if we didn't do anything

This adds a 1/10th of a second lag to responsiveness. Should be fine.
