Fixes rust installs that use a custom
rust-toolchain.tomlfile. The Rust overlay that we use has been updated and relies on features only available in newer versions of the unstable rust channel. This PR should fix that.I've also removed the lunatic example as the project look abandoned and no longer compiles on Nix.
